Places to visit in and around Bacoli, Italy
I will be going to a wedding in Bacoli next week and wondered if anyone can give advice on where and how to visit places. Ideally looking to go to Ischia, Capri and Pompei. The ferry website I have found doesnt seem to have great times from Bacoli anyone got any ideas they would be greatly appreciated!
Also its my Mums 60th whilst there and am looking for a nice local restaurant and cant find anything on the internet-anybody know of any-Thanks

Bacoli is very close to Pozzuoli; just few minutes by bus or train. From Pozzuoli yu can take a ferry to Ischia or Procida.
If yu want to visit Capri you have to go to Naples (about 30 minutes by train) and go to the port, while if yu want to visit Pompeii, go by train to Napoli Centrale Station and change train to Pompeii (www.trenitalia.com for timetables).
In Bacoli there is a nice seaside restaurant called "Fefe". You could go there. If you want something mor high level, go to Ristorante Garibaldi or to Baia (Ristorante La Tortuga).
