Great Location But Overpriced Rooms
I stayed here for two nights in April 2006, and it was the most expensive single room of my trip at EUR 70 per night (breakfast included). My room (#4 aka Viola) was quite small but had great harbour views and a little balcony with a chair... unfortunately I was woken up to the sound of boat repairs at 5.30 am. Breakfast was croissants (was that fig jam inside?) and coffee on the balcony at a pre-arranged time (as there were only three tables). There is no elevator but I've heard rumours of a lift for heavy luggage (it wasn't offered to me).
The room was generally clean but I had some issues with the bathroom. The shower does not have a curtain (there isn't enough space), so everything in the bathroom showers with you (and consequently gets very, very wet). Make sure you remove the toilet paper before you shower. I was not provided with a full-size bath towel, only a facecloth and medium sized towel that were both quite old. There was no hairdryer.
My main concern with this hotel was security. You were requested to leave your key at the front desk when you were not in your room. No problem... except that the front desk agent frequently left the hotel for hours at a time, meaning the hotel (and your room) was wide-open for theives. If you stay here, I suggest keeping your key with you at all times, no matter what the front desk agent requests.
