This three-star treats its guests like royalty. The rooms are airy and beautifully decorated with sea scenes and blue chandeliers. We lucked out to have a balcony facing the sea. I've never been more at peace than sitting here and sipping a glass of wine while watching the sailboats at sunset.
Unique Quality: Incredible views from spacious balconies. Cable TV, rooms with their own bathrooms. Full restaurant. Huge breakfast included.
Directions: Take the main road from Sorrento/Positano to Amalfi. About 1 km before Amalfi, il Nido will appear on your left (before the last 2 tunnels entering downtown Amalfi).
Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Il Nido in Sorrento. We are thinking of staying there for 3 nights and would appreciate any info. Thanks.
Yes, I've stayed there. You've probably seen their website with its extensive guestbook, so plenty of recommendations there. The view is incredible and it's a generally good place to stay. Recommended.
