Slightly out of town

This indeed was a lovely hotel, although its near the main road we were located at the back facing the pool area, so never heard the traffic!! The food here was certainly warrented its 4 stars, it was silver service every evening at 8.00 (Not flexible on the time) so of course we missed dinner a few times as we didn't want to rush back plus wanted experience local restaurants, which were never up to our Hotels standard... I think the reason the food was up to par was because it's main clientele is the business man and not necessarily the tourist. I was not a fan of the bar area which was down the stairs it lacked atmosphere..... its approximately just over a mile into Sorrento on the main road little busy and not great if you are in a wheelchair etc, you can catch the bus for free which pulls into the hotel after dinner, we always walked back at night not so busy. Also the train station needed for main attractions is only a 5 minute walk away, plus a couple of nice quiet bars locally. Not a hotel geared towards younger children, more couples and older children
