The service in this hotel was fantastic - particularly the maitre d' in the restaurant and also Jack who is the barman. The rooms are slightly plain, but the furniture is in quite antique looking. There is a large bar area but also a lounge and a card room. The sunbathing/pool area could be larger as sunbeds were usually all taken up by about lunchtime. The only slight drawback is the location - the hotel is in Sant Angello not Sorrento. It's about a 30 min walk into Sorrento town and the footpaths are not at all wide (like in most of Italy!) and at times you have to walk in the road (and it's a very busy road). However, it's only about a 10 min walk from the Circumvesiana railway station of Sant Angello which was very handy. Theme: HotelDirections: On a quiet road just off the Corso Italia. Very close to Sant Angello railway station
