Does anyone have information about the Panorama Palace in Sorrento
I am staying there as part of a tour and heard horrible reviews about it
Please tell me what you think It is my first time to Sorrento.

This hotel is in Meta di Sorrento, at least 3 miles from Sorrento itself. Meta is basically residential and not a tourist town, although it has two beaches. There is a regular bus service to Sorrento, passing near the hotel, but at busy times this will be slow. It stops at Meta train station, which would otherwise take about 15 minutes to walk. In other words, its not a very convenient location for getting about, and I think, as a first time visitor, you would enjoy staying in Sorrento much more. However, I have not stayed here and my comments are based on visits to the beach which is a short way downhill from the hotel.
