Centrally located hotel near Piazza Tasso, easily to find. Bathroom, TV, phone. Single room was very small, dark decoration. My room was to the backyard, so it was quiet. Hairs to be found on the floor and in the bathroom, which I found a little bit disgusting.
Breakfast: choice quite good for Italy. Coffee, however, not so good. I prefer real Italian Cappuccino or Espresso, coffee was rather for American taste, I guess.

We found the service to be quite accommodating and extremely helpful to us, offering information and assistance making arrangements during our stay. Breakfast service was also good. Our double standard room was well sized. The only downfall may be the location, as the streets that flow in to the busy Piazza (mostly noticed on a weekend night) tends to stay noisy in the late evening hours. Our room had a street view, and we did appreciate the heavy doors to the patio that helped insulate some of the noise. Granted, if you put in a full day exploring the area, you may conk out and never notice the noise.
