Alas, there are no hotels: Accomodation, what accomodation ??
At this present moment, there is no commercial lodging available in Carolei.
One enterprising young businessman is in the process of establishing a bed and breakfast, but this plan has been in effect for quite some time, as has the construction phase. Approvals are pending.
Procrastination of government officials is as prevalent here as elsewhere in Italy, so opening ceremonies are sadly, 'on hold'.
There are numerous hotels in Cosenza, only ten minutes away by car, so travel into this area is not an impossible task.
