De luxe self-catering

This is a really special accommodation, in the very centre of town, in an aristocratic palace.
Italy abolished all the titles of nobility when it became a Republic, but the aristocrats are still among us, and many of them are still pretty rich.
The heirs of the last Marquess Dalla Rosa Prati still own, and live in, their old palazzo in the centre of Parma. However, parts of the palace now accommodate various businesses, and the top floor has been turned into seven small flats to rent. There is no minimum stay, so they can be rented even for one night only.

Unique Quality: The location is exceptional, close to the famous Baptistery, and the Archbishop's Palace is just across the street.
Moreover, the flats have modern fittings, but most of the furniture consists of nice pieces over 100 years old.
All the apartments are different, but all of them have a kitchenette and a modern bathroom.
The prices are from EUR 145 up, tax included, for a studio with double bed.
