Actually, I did expected much more of Grado, probably because a number of my Italian friends suggested me to visit it because of its historical core. Nothing that I saw have impressed me much. The old core of the town is like many others I saw before, nothing special. There are only a few historic sights in the town worth of note. The location of the town and its water canals are probably the most attractive part of Grado.
This old stone house is, as far as I am concerned, the most attractive and the most beautiful spot in whole the town of Grado.
Another detail from the old core of the town which attracted the most. If not for the other things, this is what made my trip worth of visiting the place.
