Try the Chinotto

I never found the Chinotto outside Italy.
It is a soda made with chemical products an especially, the quinine. Its flavor is bitter and surprising.

I know my description does not promote the Chinotto but I suggest you try : it is very surprising and in any case better than the Root Beer.

One brand of this beverage is owned by Coca Cola.

During my last trip in Italy (2007) I saw the Chinotto was rare and the Coca Cola more present in the supermarkets.
