If you want an expensive place to sleep....
The Hotel Riviera & Maximilian's is wrapped up in the luxurious nature of Trieste's coast.It is located on the sea 5 minutes walk from the Castello di Miramare (Miramare castle).
It has also a very good restaurante called "The terrazze" and a private beach. Infact, a lift conducts directly down to the "Riviera " Beach Resort, which is characterised by an easygoing and quiet atmosphere.
For those who love sports, a 300m long path leads to the "Sirena " Beach Resort, hosting a 25 metre salt water - swimming pool, and offering the possibility of practising many water sports. For children games and a childrens' salt water pool.
Unique Quality: To get there: after the toll payment, drive straight on until you reach the third exit Trieste-Sistiana. Then follow Strada Costiera - this is the coastal road, follow this road for 8 Km until you will see our hotel on the right side.
Getting from the town:
Bus n°36 connects the hotel to the city centre (Piazza Oberdan) departing every 20 minutes in winter and every 10 minutes in summer

Could not be better
Astonishing beautiful location, overlooking the enchanting bay of Grignano.
From downtown 7 km., but the location is worth of the distance.
Unique Quality: A lift leds you to the beach ( sand ground and crystal clear waters.Free parking facilities are at disposal.A beautiful garden with cycas,canarian palms and other subtropicals is all around the hotel.Great views on the Gulf of Trieste and the Castle of Miramare.
