I have to take the photo before I start to eat!
In most towns including Fiuggi everything closes down from 13-00 pm. until 16.00 pm.
Or it could be 13.30 until 16.30.
In Rome City Centre most shops stay open all day.
The reason for this is people don’t usually go out unless it is necessary in the heat of the day. MARKET DAY is a Thursday morning in the old town, plenty of bars with tables outside where the men can sit down and enjoy a beer whilst the ladies look for bargains!
