Agenzia Immobiliare LA ROCCA / La Rocca Agency: Self Catering Holiday Villas and Apartments
We rented a Self Catering Holiday Villa, through the La Rocca Agency / Agenzia Immobiliare La Rocca for the summer of 2005.
The villa was set in the peace and quiet of the beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Itri.
Yet it was just a short drive down to Formia and the coast.
The villa was clean, well maintained and well equipped.
Unique Quality: We found this company to be:
Well run, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Their properties were well inspected and reasonably priced.
An added bonus is that some of the staff there speak English.
Ask for Michele or Maria Antonietta.
Some of these villas are set in scenic mountain countryside with wonderful panoramic views.
They also have a selection of properties For Sale in the area.

Hotel Ariston, Formia
Well, I haven't stayed at this hotel but have had many enquiries about accommodation in Formia, so I thought that I would search the name of the one that I noticed that I liked the look of when I stayed at Formia.
Unique Quality: Hotel Ariston is great because of its location. It is a hop skip and a jump from the jetty where you can catch the boats leaving for the islands of Ponza, Ventonene etc. It is close enough to walk but also close enough to everything else like shopping and the ruins etc. I would stay there if I was heading back to Formia myself.
