please advise a good and cheap way to reach the Hotel ?

Take the Leonardo Express train from Fiumicino to Rome Termini station at 14 euro, or the Sitbus shuttle bus at 4 euro:

The shuttle bus will take longer than the train, and may get caught in traffic congestion.
Then take the train from Termini to Pomezia. Trains are pretty frequent, journey takes around 20 minutes, one-way fare is 1.90 euro.
The hotel is some considerable distance from Pomezia station (about 4km, at a guess from googlemaps) and from Pomezia itself. You will need taxi or bus from the station.

Problem is that you arrive quite late and this limits public transport options considerably. Also your Hotel is in a position that favours a motor car and not public transport. Even getting a train down to Pomezia station from Rome means that you then have an approximate 12 kms taxi ride. The infrequent bus from Fiumicino to Pomezia (no good for you because of time) stops about 3 kms away on the main road. (This is a V4007 bus towards Latina)
Actually the most direct route by car/taxi from the Fiumicino airport is about 35 kms and it would not take more than about 30 minutes or so as you do not need to go into Rome. So I would consider taking a taxi however I cannot tell you the cost. There is a fixed rate for airport taxis into Rome of €40 I believe. The distance covered would be about the same but of course Pomezia is not Rome city. It is situated many kms south east of the centre of Rome.

Just reviewing the bus option from Fiumicino airport to Rome's main central railway station called TERMINI, I cannot see the pricing for the SIT BUS as mentioned by leics above. Although they do offer a €4 fare from Ciampino (the other airport at Rome)
Clearly the LEONARD EXPRESS train from the Fiumicino airport directly to TERMINI station is very good providing you have a suitable connection at Termini for your Pomezia station. Last two trains on 4th from Termini go at 22.55 and then 22.55.
So you should be able to use the train option plus taxi at Pomezia station which hopefully will be available. Maybe if no taxi at the station you need to phone the hotel to organise for you ?

Nige has a point about the hour of this trip making travel a bit unpredictable...the only train from Roma Termini to Pomezia that you can catch is the one at 23:32 - I don't think you'll get to Termini in time to catch the 22:55 unless your flight is early.
And the 23:32 train arrives in Pomezia at 23:51, when surely all bus service in Pomezia (if any) has ceased. Although it is normal for there is be taxis at train stations in Italy so long as the trains are running, Pomezia is a small town, and I wouldn't bet my life on there being a taxi there when you arrive...you might have to go find a phone and try to call one...good luck with that if you don't speak Italian.
I have to admit that it seems strange to go to Rome just to get to Pomezia, since the airport is southwest of Rome and Pomezia is due south of Rome. Going to Rome is way out of the way and would be nonsensical except for the fact that Rome is the rail hub of the area.
The local bus system is Cotral (www.cotralspa.it), but I took a look at a possible solution, and their website gives the last one as leaving the airport at 21:00 which does you no good.
No, the only way to get there quickly is to rent a car or take a taxi direct to the hotel. I can't predict what the fare will be, because this is well outside of Rome...it is normal outside of towns to get charged double what's on the meter, to pay for the taxi's ride back to his home base (since there is no chance of getting a fare in Pomezia near midnight).
Furthermore, I see that the hotel's website makes no reference to "how to get there", which is unusual for Italian hotels. I take this to mean that the only way to get there is by car (or taxi).
What I would do is contact the hotel at

and ask them for options...but I am afraid that there will be no "good and cheap way"...
