Located in a residential safe area. No problem walking in the evenings. Quite a walk to the taxi stand ( 10 mins) but preferable to having hotel call a cab ( 30 mins wait). Hotel serves only breakfast. Same menu daily. Internet in the lobby for 6 euro/30 mins. There are nice restaurants located 2 blocks away. Ask the front desk and they will direct you. They are all located on the same street, different blocks. Few 'bars' near hotel to pick up coffee/breakfast/ panini. Locals are friendly. There is a grocery store one block away if you wish to pick up water, fruits, munchies. Front desk staff are courteous but not overly friendly. Cab to Vatican, Colloseum etc costed between 8- 11 euros. Remember to pick up hotel business cards to show driver. Not all speaks English. Walls are not super insulated but guests are not noisy. Not much view if you're in Rm 202 but the rest of the family in Rm 203 (triple) had balcony /view. If you don't mind walking, this place is great. Yes, I would return to this hotel. Prefer this to the touristy crowded area.
