I spent 2 nights in July 2004 in this place. The price was reasonable and the location is close to the Termini (it's good since we travelled by train). The room is quite equipped (with sofa, ceiling fan, bathrobes, towel and TV) but the floor was not that clean. The wc/shower is perfectly clean with toilettries and even shower soap if you forgot to bring one. Maria provides basic breakfast (biscotti with butter and jam, and teabag/coffee sachet). It's a selfservice, meaning, you have to prepare your tea/coffee and wash the dish afterwards.
Near station Perfect wc/shower Maria is a nice host, she gave me brief infos about Rome, map and some guide book to lend!!
