Great haven by Termini

I found this newly renovated hotel on venere.com I think but I reserved directly through the hotel. They speak English well. The rooms were great and MUCH better than I was expecting for one of the cheapest things I could find with bathroom in a centrally located area of Rome. Its only 1 block away from Termini and its not as seedy of an area as I have heard people say. The rooms all have bathrooms and airconditioning and although our room faced the street there was no annoying noise from it as the windows are double paned.
The cielings have wood beams, white walls, decorative iron bedframes, comfortable new firm mattresses, a nice dark wood wardrobe with TV, I loved the tiled bathroom with the tiles that look handpainted. The place is immaculately clean and the staff very friendly. What more could you want? We requested not to have breakfast so it was cheaper so can't tell you anything about that.
I would recommend this to all my friends who are on a budget but want something nice.
