Hotel Aphrodite is on the left side of termini. So you can reach every place in Rome very fast.
The Hotel is very good. It was renovated in 2002. We payed for a triple room 95 Euro (bed and breakfast).

After checking in to an awful hotel when first arriving in Rome, we decided to find another place to stay. We found Aphrodite on the internet and chose it because it looked a lot nicer than the other place we were in, and it had a convenient location, across the street from Termini.
The hotel was very modern on the inside. The room was somewhat small, but had a nice bathroom, nice big bed, and a fridge. Would have been nice if we got more than one or two channels on the TV (with poor reception at that), but that was a minor detail.
When we stayed there (Sep 2006), the hotel just had a brand new breakfast room open, and breakfast was included in the bill, so we were looking forward to a nice breakfast. As we were taking the elevator up, we could smell some delicious food, so when we go to the room, we were disappointed to see not much more than a few stale croissants, watery juice, and not much else.
