Great Deal!
I personally did not stay at the Flavius but my friends whom we traveled with did. They had a great experience at this hotel- organic breakfast served daily to their room. The room is small but very clean. The owner was incredibly accommodating- helping my friends plan out their trip, giving them advice/tips, calling taxi's, and even helped them book their train to Calabria.
Unique Quality: There is an a great terrace on the 5th floor with incredible views of Rome. See my pics I took off the terrace right after it rained. This B&B is also just down the street from the Coliseum!

B&B near Colesseo
Convenient little B&B on a quiet little side street just north of the Colosseum. We had great hosts, very personable, and helpful in navigating the city. Our room was small with an unattached bathroom, that still felt private. Beautiful little patio on the roof where we had breakfast every morning. We were walking distance from all the major sights, and plenty of little restaurants.
