Great little hotel in a superb location
We stayed in Room 201 which is next to reception which was not a problem. Each room is ensuite with sink, w.c., bidet and the worlds smallest shower. The only facilities we had in the room were t.v. and hairdryer. There was no mini bar or safe as there website states.
There is internet access available in a room upstairs.
I would have to say that the photos on their website are of a lovely room, ours did not look like that, unfortunatly. Though I will say the hotel is very clean and so are the bathrooms.
Breakfast is typically continental with a great selection to start your day off. If it is not raining they have a terrace you can sit out on (though the views are off the back of the apartment blocks).
The rooms are cleaned everyday and the bed is remaid.
The staff are fantastic, very polite and helpful.
Unique Quality: The building is old and has a lovely wooden elevator in the middle of it.
Directions: From Republic Piazza, take the road down Via Nazionale. Take the first road on your right into Via Torino. Walk down this road till you get to Target Restaurant, turn left into Via Modena. Bellesuite is 10m past this corner. It is on the second floor.

More about Bellesuite Rome
We have just returned from 3 nights at this hotel.
Its all true - everything written in previous reviews. Fantastic hotel - look no further. Very sylish, very clean, very friendly, excellent location, superb food nearby, great old fashioned lift! I cannot find one negative thing to say about it.
When you arrive at Termini find your way to Plaza della Republicca (10 mins walk). Turn down onto Via Nazionale then right onto Via Firenze (2mins walk). Via Modena is the first turning on Via Firenze (1min walk). Notice cafe on corner 'Byron' this is where you will get your breakfast. So easy to find.
Breakfast in lovely cafe - Juice, Coffee, Croissant, Toast, Jam, Butter. Choice of capuccino or latte coffee. - Coffee is superb!
Free tear off map on hotel reception was excellent far better than the one I bought before I left!
You can hire DVDs from reception to watch in your room. After a long days walking around and a lovely big meal of red wine and pasta, we were so tired we hired a dvd and retired to our room - lovely and relaxing!
Food - I must mention the restaurant at the end of the street (Via Modena), we discovered this (thankfully) on our first night and ate there every night it is called Ristarante Pizzaria Barroco and we both had the best brushetta with rocket, pasta and pizza we had ever tasted with lots of house red wine. It was always busy and open most of day. You can sit inside or out. Very inexpensive.
Dont hesitate - book Bellesuite we are so pleased we did!!!!!
My wife and I are only back a few days and we were delighted with the Bellesuite. Clean, very modern with flat screen T.V. and video, en-suite, a/c,elevator & centrally located.
Allesandre, Bruno and all the staff were welcoming. Did not expect the vouchers each morning for breakfast for the cafe on the corner.(bonus)
It was a trip for our wedding anniversary, when we arrived there was a lovely bottle of champagne on ice.
What can I say but, We highly recommend the Bellsuite.
Thanks Allesndre & Staff!
Very comfortable hotel
We had a very nice stay at Bellesuite. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location was excellent with many sights within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was included in a nearby cafe, and was very good.
We thank previous reviews for advising us into staying at this hotel. It was an excellent price/value alternative. Staff was very friendly and helpful., the room was very clean an nicely (modern) furnished. The bathroom was excellent but for the shower which was extremely small (Only Fallout). If you are looking, for location, value, nice room and don’t care about other amenities, this one is a great choice.
