  • Me and my husband stayed there for a week in june 2000. The hotel felt very grand with high ceilings and spacious lounge with lots of marbel and a massive fireplace. We went to Rome to get married and the day of our wedding we found a huge fruit-basket with compliments from the hotel.

    The service was good, especially the bartender in the roofterrace-bar. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions.

    The room we stayed in was quite small and dark, but nice and cool, sometimes too cool. We kept turning down the air-condition but when the maid had been in she always turned it back up.

    The roof terrace is especially nice. Partially shaded from the sun it provides a nice place to get away from the sun.
