Considering the Da Roy a Cinecitta in Rome?
A VT member wrote the following comment about visiting Rome:
Don't think of them as beggars - they're working by icunme
You will see them all over Rome - in the streets, parks and many restaurants - musicians singing, playing instruments, alone and in groups - mimes, gladiators ready to pose for a photo with you. As a matter of fact, some are quite good - this guy's violin was enchanting and a nice crowd gathered for him. I'm sure most of them would be doing other work if they could make a better living.
