The best, for an extraordinary price!!!
Once you arrive, you'll probably be dissapointed with the building. It's old and kind of dirty. But once you get to the 3rd floor and register (do register in one of the 6th floor rooms!!!), you'll find a clean, renovated room, with friendly, VERY FRIENDLY, people. Price/Quality is definately a thing here.
Unique Quality: Avoid the 3rd floor rooms. They're clean and everything, but the 6th floor rooms are fully renovated and definately bigger than the ones below.
