I had a pleasant stay at the Alexandra at the end of last year, the room, although not large, was decent enough with the windows onto the front. Breakfast is not much, but enough, ie rolls, ham cheese, nutella and cereal..
The hotel itself is in a great location in the city, on the Via Veneto, and within 50 yards of the Barberini subway station, with some good restaurants on the doorstep, including a Hard Rock cafe.
