Hotel Turner is near Porta Pia so it is not very near to the city center but you may use the bus which stops directly in front of the hotel. Hotel Turner offers you some suites with Jacuzzi bath (steam sauna and whirlpool).
There is nothing special to mentionabout unique facilities.
The Turner is very Central - in a good area within walking distance from Stazione Termini. By Roman standards the price is reasonable and plenty of excellent restaurants nearby - to suit all pockets.
In recent years, I tend to stay in Frascati and take a train in each day - 30 minutes. It workls out at half the price. Or in the hot summer you could take a bus (every half hour) to San Vito Romano up in the hills - great eating (and drinking) and good hotel at one fifth the price of Rome. Just a thought.
