The room was fine and the food at the restaurant was good. However, the desk service was unaccommodating. When I tried to obtain information about Rome, one clerk said that the busses were on strike (they were not), gave me incorrect walking directions, and seemed to not be knowledgeable about normal tourist stops. Another clerk gave me a pamphlet, but would not call to check information details. When I asked in the evening that they reconfirm my flight, another clerk told me that the airline offices were closed and that I should come back in the morning. When I did so, another clerk inofrmed me in a rather unpleasant tone that they do not perform that service.
Given the attitude I experienced and their relative inaccessibility to most of the desirable spots in Rome, I would not recommend this hotel. Theme: HotelDirections: 2 km southwest of the Vatican
