Location Location Location
The location of this place is UNREAL! Sistina is a boutique hotel just down the road from the Spanish Steps and Via Cavour. A great walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
The room was very nice, not quite as glamorous as the internet pic (are they ever?), bed linen and towels were of high quality and very clean.
The only prob we had was that the airconditioner was faulty and there was about a metre square of soaked carpet underneath it, but when we complained, the manager gave us a substantial room discount, so we really didn't mind so much!
One of the best memories here was a meal of pizza, birra and vino (from just around the corner in Via Capo Lie Case) - eaten on the tiny rooftop of Hotel Sistina while watching the sun go down over Rome.

Great small hotel in Rome
Small hotel in a great location.
Unique Quality: This hotel was clean, relatively quiet (some street noise, but it's Rome!) and the staff was nice. I stayed in a single and it was very small, but, manageable if you keep yourself organized. When I arrived early in the morning from an overnight flight from NYC, my room was not immediately ready but I was given a free breakfast and a fresh pot of coffee. It was a nice way to start the trip.
