If you're planning to hit the beach to soak up the sun while you're in Rome, be advised that many women do not wear tops. Not all the women go topless, but it's probably a good 10%, enough for an eyeful. So if you're traveling with children whose innocence you would like to guard, then you might think twice about going to the beach. However, if you don't mind the nudity, the beach at Lido Centro is actually quite a nice beach.
