This is a typical European hotel in that the rooms are just big enough and the showers are very small. But really all you do there is sleep anyway right? This hotel is on a quiet side street right off of Via Nazionale which is one of the big shopping streets in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere from here (the Colosseum is 1/2 mile, the Vatican is 2.5 miles). Breakfast was brought to our room every morning which was whatever you had specified the day before. The evening staff was very helpful and spoke English while the morning staff spoke little English.
