There is no lift so if your room is on the fifth floor (as ours was!) better get used to a lot of stairs! Air conditioning was super efficient, which was a good job as it was very hot when we were there. Bed was fine, and the shower room was spotless. The towels were thin cotton, as they usually are in Italy.
Breakfast in the pretty dining room was good - plenty of pastries, rolls, jams etc & the usual drinks.
Good choice for a budget hotel (budget for Rome, anyway!) & the location couldn't be better.
