Residenza villa Maria
The hotel is very far out from Rome. It was described as 3 star hotel, it is anything but that. My experience in the hotel was not very good and i would not recommend this to anyone. It is impossible to get to hotel without a car and a sat nav. Breakfast very poor. Condition of the hotel is very poor. The shower flooded the entire bathroom, Broken toilet seat, high uncomfortable bed ( double bed is formed by joing 2 single bed which is not ideal for coulpes). No hand wash avaible in the toilet. Room service very poor, was advised new bedding and towels after 3 days stayed there for 4 nights nothing was changed. Air conditioning not very effective. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A NICE RELAXED HOLIDAY.

Be very aware of what you are getting here!
I didnt actually end up staying here it was so difficult - I had booked the Villa Maria from the internet and although they said they would send a car to get us at the airport, this failed to arrive. No one spoke English and even though I had booked 5 nights, they refused to help me. So we didnt show up. They have never responded to any subsequent emails. they are at least 30 kms not 5 kms outside rome, with limited transport services. A daily taxi ride into the city and back would be 70 to 100 euros!! Not cheap and no way could we afford to do this.
