We stayed in this hotel for one night during late July. It was about a 10 - 15 minute walk from train station and main Rome tourist destinations (Trevi fountain, Ruins, Colosseum, etc.) This street has lots of shopping, a grocery store (DESPAR) across the street and two McDonald's within a 5 minute walk if you are looking for cheap eats.
Building has a tiny, old elevator so be aware if you aren't travelling light! Even so, a man from the hotel came downstairs and helped with our luggage (all 8 pieces) so it really wasn't an issue. Our room was very spacious, plenty big for our family of four. Being July, it was of course very HOT outside, but our room was like an ice box!
Breakfast was typical European style (Cappucino, pastries, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc) and located on a cute outdoor patio.
Not bad for 100 Euro a night for 4 people! We would recommend to anyone looking for a good value hotel and we would certainly stay here again.
