This is a small little place I happened to find after being bumped around from website to website. It was very easy to reach from metro line A but there was no sign and once we found the buzzer we didn't know where to go from there (down the hall, up the elevator to the 5th floor) until they finally came down to find us.
The room was just big enough for the bed and "our" bathroom was out in the very small common area. I say "our" bathroom because we were never really sure if other rooms had their own facilities or shared one. However, we never saw anyone else use it.
The staff was friendly enough but never introduced themselves which I found odd in such a small place. We actually didn't speak much at all. We received a VERY brief run of how things worked and were sent on our way.
Unique Quality: I actually really enjoyed the simple breakfast (croissant, packet toast, yogurt, and coffee) but could have gotten it anywhere. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. It is located right down the street from the Vatican but not conveniently located to the rest of the sites.
Personally I found this hotel to be average and would opt to stay in a more central location next time, but overall it served it's purpose.
Directions: Metro Line A, Ottaviano, just a few steps from the stop.
