Romano rocks!
Romano was very good. He was friendly and helpful. The perfect guy to have around when ur visiting a city for the first time. He gave us info on what to see, where to go, where to eat & even which place had the best gelatto in town. The room was very clean but a bit cramped. The wifi, though free, was erratic and didn't work most of the time
