Hotel Roma in Camerino: Super Location and Reasonable
After walking to the ancient center, we found the Tourist Center and found a perfect hotel, Hotel Roma in Piazza Garibaldi: a two-star hotel for 50 Euro per night!
They did not speak English, but we figured out that we could park in a private spot below the hotel; thus, we walked back to our car and drove the narrow streets, but we stopped in the main piazza to ask some questions of the Tourist Center and were told to stay parked where we were until nine the next morning at no cost.
We then took our luggage to the hotel (the parking spot that we had wanted was taken so it was good that we were parked in the main piazza).
Our Room was on the 4th floor, had a large double bed, a single bed, beautiful wooden closets, and terrific bathroom, and a balcony.
The hotel had a restaurant; however, since we had a large lunch in Tolentino, we were not hungry enough to eat dinner.
Unique Quality: Photographs:
One: The Closets in our room at Hotel Roma.
Two: The beds in our room at Hotel Roma.
Three: The great bathroom in our room at Hotel Roma. (note; some rooms did not have a private bath.)
Four: View from balcony to Piazza Garibaldi.
Five: Another view of building and countryside in distance.
This was quite a find for not having reservations before we arrived. We were quite pleased.
