If you have a GPS, it is very easy to find it, otherwise I think we would be a little bit harder... If you don't have a car, I don't think it's very easy to get here. I think one of the main reasons (other than being close to the port) people come here it's because they offer free parking (limited though).

I'm not sure if it's always like that but it seems a hotel very popular among families, especially Muslims. When I arrived, there was only one receptionist at the front desk. She was so busy that she didn't have time to give us the internet code for the wi-fi.

I got a room on the third floor. From the window, I had the port view. The room needs a refurbishment asap. Everything looks old and very used, especially the bathroom. Despite that, everything was clean. The breakfast was included in the rate, but it was a major letdown for a 4-star hotel. There wasn't much variety of food. The fruit looked old, there wasn't any more scrambled eggs...

Unique Quality: Free parking.

The staff were very helpful and most could speak english quite fluently. Accm was nice with good views of Genoa from the wharf side. There is a shopping centre close by and plenty of restaurants as well.

Directions: On the Wharf. Close to Train Station and Central Business District.
