This is the Condominium Savoia, a complex of two buildings and seven townhouses with private owned apartments.
Only a fraction of this apartments (circa 20, owned by members of a family) is rented for short terms/tourism and advertised as Residence Savoia & Savoia/Hotel, while the other apartments are owners occupied.
The Residence's guests use the Condominium facilities and amenities.
In the summer months the pool and the park are very crowded, and often the kids play soccer in the grass in front of the apartments.
