a good hotel
For the first time we booked a room in a hotel of this Italian chain. Located near the station Brignole the hotel is easy to find, it's a glass skycraper.
the lobby is spacious and the staff was always friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean, with a beautiful bathroom.The breakfast was good with sufficient choice.
Just one negative point , car parking was a little bit expensive (around 20 euros per day)

Great stay in Genoa
Me and my wife stay in this hotel in Genoa during our car trip to Europe.
The Hotel localization is really nice but be aware during the night. The main reason is the proximity with train station.
The Hotel Room is really nice (King Size in our room). The breakfest is good but not excelent.
The parking entrance is in other street but is good also.
For dinner the option is to have it in the hotel or take a cab or car and find a restaurant. There are not many options in the region.

The Best Central Hotel
During my stay at Genoa, I have stayed at Star hotel president. It isthe most ideal hoteldue its location. It is on the main street and just walking distancee to salon nautico.
Due it was fair time the prices were high almost 50% than the nomal rates. And in the hotel you could see the many boat builders or yacht owners costing millions of Euros.. I felt a bit strange in between them..
The hotel has confortable rooms and the bathroom was very nice. The lobby barwasa great location to start a night. Breakfast and dinner halls are on the first floor and they have a good service.
