The best way to go around Genova is to WALK, no other choices! Most of the old town is a pedestrian only zone, while the rest of the town is usually crowded with cars and scooters, and it's almost impossible to find a free parking (almost all the city centre is reserved to inhabitants for parking during the daytime), while public parkings are quite expensive.There are many buses riding along the principal streets of Genova, the ticket costs 1 euro for 90 minutes and you can use it also for the Underground (M signs) and some local trains.
