We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was wonderful. There are only 4 rooms as far as I remember so you feel as though you have the whole castle to yourselves. The room is large but the bathroom is small with a shower and no bath.
It is owned by a family who also run the nearby Villa Edera whose facilities (pool, restaurant and bar) you can use. One Minute Dad will be tending the gardens then serving at dinner, Grandpa is behind the bar, the daughter runs the Castello while mother is on reception.
The views from your window as well as from the terrace is fantastic. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens you can wander through to discover 'hidden' statues.
The hotel is run by a lovely family who make your stay all the more pleasurable
