It's NOT in San Remo.
It's positively NOT an hotel in San Remo.
It's located almost 14 km far from San Remo, eastward, after another town named Taggia. I can't see any reason to this.
Take a look at path and distance from Piazza Colombo, San Remo, 18038 to Strada ai Piani, Castellaro, 18011 : 13,64 Km and two cities far.
