Travel Tips for Linguaglossa

"Mount Etna"

Travelling inland from Acireale, making our way up Mount Etna, we came across Linguaglossa. Our aim that day was to visit Etna but did stop for a coffee in this town sitting at 550 metres on the foorhills of the volcano.
Continuing our journey, we eventually came to the car park just below the summit of Etna. There is a hotel surrounded by novelty shops and a chair lift station. Quite surreal when considering where we were.
Etna is awesome, and we took the trip to the crater. An incredible day out.
