Bus stops in Brescia
by Peter22
I am hoping to visit Brescia in june to see the historic buildings. There appears to be a good bus service from our base at Gardone, and the time-table includes stops at Ponte, p'tta Venezia and Terminal SIA.
Can someone tell me which of these would be convenient for the historic centre and whether the area is pedestrian-friendly for an elderly couple?
best wishes
Peter.

i never used the Brescia buses, but do not be afraid to just take it, and ask the driver to point you to the closest stop to the pedestrian area of Brescia.
Afraid of language barriers?.. Print in a large font this:
"Per favore, può, al momento giusto, indicarmi la fermata più vicina alla zona pedonale del centro di Brescia? Grazie"
Ciao
