Dear Vters,
I would like to know which is the best way to travel back to my hotel in Desenzano from Gardaland. Time will be approx 10pm or maybe a bit later. Taxi? Public transport? Is there a free shuttle to Desenzano?
Will be visiting the area next week.

I'd suggest the shuttle bus from "Gardalnd" to "Peschiera del Garda" train station (last shuttle bus is at about 23.00).

Be careful: usually the last train leaves "Peschiera del Garda" at 21.57 but, ONLY on Sunday, the last train is at 23.00... ;)

Yes, this swans looks almost domesticated when hanging around the place. They are also friendly, but only when feeding them. It is, however, not recommendable teasing them because they don't hesitate to attack if so.
