This is the most beautiful feature of Gallarate I think. A very charming fountain in front of the church on the main square, enlighted with neon blue lights by night, and curved with hyeroglyph alike images, it's really precious!!!

Hai qualcuno chi vive in Gallarate?
Ciao a tutti!
Soon I'm coming to Italy (mid April) and I'll stay for 4 weeks. I'll stay most of the time in Gallarate, and I was wondering if there was someone from that place or nearby who might want to meet and hang out some time perhaps...
I'll be studying Italian, traveling around Lombardia and Toscana (for Easter and 1st of May holidays), meeting some friends, and so on... So, if there is anybody interested to meet, contact me!

My name is fouad but i am not going to Gallarate but i visit this small town from many years , it,s so quite and it have some industreis like embroidery as i work so i can say if you want good resturant it,s in hotel d,roma in Gassano Magnano area i taste the pizza ther it was so great and if you want have some great time you can go to Milano city by train (about 45km) .
i wish you have great time there and meet somebody .

As Gallarate is about 20 km from Milan, and very well connected by train also, I guess you'll be hanging around Milan mostly. That of course offers plenty of things to do and see in your spare time.
About travelling on Easter, just remember there will be a lot of people moving and difficulties (already) to find places to stay.
