Francescato Apts: Fairly Central at Reasonable Price
The Francescato Apts are 3* self catering. They are situated opposite the excellent Bella Vista restaurant and about 100mts to Marcos Bar. We stayed at the back of the building. Friends stayed at front in Hotel where accom of higher standard. It was a bit small for family of 4 and smelt of smoke, but still value for money. The main nursery lift 18 is a short walk away. Able to ski to door. Bus stop right outside and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The main town is about a 15 min walk downhill. All in All fairly good, if on budget and all you want is basic accommodation.

Casa Peri: Quality and Reasonabely Priced
Casa Peri are a block of 7 Apts beside the La Roina Apts in the San Rocco area of Livigno.(please see my La Roina review for location info). The Accom was built in 2005/2006 and about 3*+, so it is spacious, modern and clean. There is no reception. I have stayed twice and have not needed to query anything. It has all you need including dishwasher. The tiled floors can make it a bit noisy. Ski hire is next door.
I would recommend these Apts
Unique Quality: Spacious - Modern - Clean. Bus stop right outside. 100yds to lift and nursery slopes. Great restaurant nearby- San Giovani's

La Roina: Livigno 4* Self Catering
This is quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Located in the San Rocco area about 1km from Lift 18, where Marco's Bar and the Ski School is. Bus stop right outside and another about 200mtrs away which is serviced more often. Small Supermarket opposite. Ski lift at rear which you can take and then, ski down to Gondola. This takes you to top of mountain. Ski Hire & lockers(heated) in basement. All Apts very well equiped, roomy and finished to a high standard. There is no reception or bar. Hotel American and St Giovani's restaurants a short stroll away. Eat in or get a carry out Pizza. Fillet steak E14. Pedestrianised shopping about 5-10 mins on Bus or a good 30 min walk. Loads of duty free shops. The Apts are a bit out of the village, which means some Tooing and Frooing, however the bus service is very good. Find somewhere that will rent you a locker(s) near lift 18. Enjoy !!!

Silvestri Mariangela: Good accomodation & great prices!
Self catering, good accomodation and a great price then it has to be Silvestri Mariangela in Livigno. Apartments sleep 4 people and are equiped with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and television.

Albergo Spol: A very nice hotel
Albergo Spol is located in the downtown of Livigno on the main business road and just few meters from the main ski tracks. It has got very nice rooms, a hot pool and a sauna. A great experience.

Garni Gimea: nice clean simple hotel
We stayed here for 7 nights on a recent ski holiday after booking through a tour operator on a bed and breakfast basis. We were pleasently surprised at how spacious the bedroom was, a large double bed in the middle, a table with seating (which could be turned in to a 3rd bed), large fitted wardrobes and bed side cabinets. The bathroom was very clean and had a lovely hot shower which was very welcomed after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast was simple continental style, served in a nice bar area. In the evening the bar was opened although no one seemed to go in there! There was a ski locker in the basement.
Unique Quality: Close to the Carosello 3000 lift.
