Trendy, cozy and delicious
Found this nice little restaurant just up at the corner of Largo Carrobbio and Via Cesare Correnti while walking back to our hotel, and decided we'd check it out for dinner that evening. The place was very nice indeed. Cozy, yet chic and trendy - very much what we thought we'd find in Milan.
They have an excellent wine list and plenty of delicious food choices. Our waiter was quite an interesting character, very friendly with big dreams for the future. He was also very helpful with our Italian lessons while we were ordering.
We started with an antipasti of salami and cheeses, followed by primis of pacchiere with mozzarella and artichokes and pappadelle with prawns. Our meals were both delicious.
The price was reasonable, the food good and the conversation was entertaining.
