I have a business meeting in Milan next Friday, I want to stay over Saturday and see as much as possible, in comfort and with a tour. I see short 3 hour tours on the Internet... does anyone know of a somewhat longer tour, perhaps including a very nice lunch at a special restaurant? Thanks
In my opinion. 3 hrs are eough to see the few worthy spots in Milan, mainly the Scala Opera and the Duomo. Unless y<ou are interested in museums...I personally prefer a big ice cream at this time of the year.
I think the 3 hour tour includes major sites but no museums. I would get that tour, then go to the Brera area where there are lots of nice restaurants, have lunch and then visit the Brera Gallery on my own. On the internet you can find information about the museum and its paintings so you can make your own personal guidebook for the visit.
Brera Gallery comes second in my list of museums I like most, the Uffizi in Florence is the first.
