My husband and I are staying in the Residence Apartments which are part of and on the grounds of the Jolly Milano Due in Segrate. The rooms are very comfortable, with modern bathrooms, kitchenette and daily maid service - a plus for me! The staff has been very kind to us, very friendly. There is a cafe right on the lake, perfect for having cappucino, drinks, croissants, sandwiches and salads. The area is very safe, with security guards on the premises twenty-four hours a day. That is also important to me since my husband works all day. I feel very safe walking in the area and it is so beautiful here that I don't want to stay in my room.
Beautiful lake surrounded by lots of trees and greenbelts. No need to cross the busy streets as there are bridges connecting the shopping area and the apartments all around. EVerything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bakery, tobacco shop (good for buying stamps) pharmacy, and grocer - to name a few. I am not sure of the prices of the rooms since we are on a business trip. Theme: HotelDirections: Bus stop at the hotel to the central station for the subway. There is also a free shuttle from this hotel to their other hotels near the city centre in Milan.
